PARCEL LOST / DEAD ON ARRIVAL
3.1 While we take every precaution to ensure that your items are securely packaged, we are not liable for any parcels that are lost or damaged in transit. Customers are encouraged to select reliable courier services that offer insurance and tracking options to mitigate any risk during the delivery process. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safe return of items when shipping them back to us.

For products authorized for return through our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs to return the product to our RMA department. For products classified as Dead on Arrival (DOA), Brightstar Computer will share the shipping fees equally (50/50) with the customer. The customer covers the return shipping costs, and Brightstar Computer will cover the costs of shipping the replacement product. All returned items must be securely packaged and comply with the RMA instructions to ensure a smooth process.
